Availability
At FanClothing.com, we go out of our way to select the kind of distinctive merchandise for which the Fan Clothing name is recognized. Please understand that many of our items are selected in limited quantities and, because of their limited availability, their stock will not and cannot be refreshed. That means once an item is gone, it may be gone for good and not appear on the website again. The Fan Clothing LLC products displayed on the website are available for sale to customers the United States and around the world. The prices displayed at the website, however, are quoted based on the price in in U.S. Dollars. The pricing in other currencies is subject change due to fluctuations in international exchange rates. Fan Clothing LLC will do our best to ensure the data is current and accurate.

Shipping
We try to ensure that your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Most orders will be processed within 24 hours of ordering. However large orders may take up to 48hrs to be processed. Orders for delivery by Next Day Air must be received by 12pm noon PST to be shipped out the same day. With orders received after 12pm, we will try our best to ship the same day, but cannot guarantee it. Please be aware of this when choosing Next Day Air and other rush options. If there are any anticipated delays, we will inform you as soon as we are aware of them.

International Sales
International sale are subject to the local laws of the customers country. Fan Clothing LLC will not be held responsible for the payment of customs, excise duties, VAT or any other tariffs that are due on purchased items. It is up to the individual customer to ensure all such taxes are paid, and that transactions are dealt with in accordance with the local laws. Please see your local government agencies for further information. We use UPS Worldwide express or USPS Airmail Parcel post for all international orders.
