Returns

Its important to us that you are happy with your purchase. FanClothing.com will accept returns of unwashed, unworn, unused, or defective merchandise, with tags still attached within 14 days when accompanied by an original sales receipt. A store credit will be issued for the amount initially paid for the returned item. The following items are non-refundable:

  • Returns received after 14 days of the original order shipment date
  • Returns received in damaged or worn condition
  • Final sale items
  • Shoes returned with postage stickers on the original shoebox - please place the shoebox inside a larger packing box

The original shipping and handling on returned merchandise is nonrefundable, unless the product is damaged or in cases where we have made a shipping error.

Before returning the items - please email us at returns@fanclothing.com with your name, order number, and name of item being returned.
We will then email you a free return shipping label.
