Cleavage Appropriate?

I am all for “if you got it, flaunt it.” But I do think it needs to be the right cut. Although I am a fan of Katy Perry’s gorgeous curves I don’t know if she really made this dress work.

She sited Priscilla Prestley as her inspiration (another gorgeous woman). The Gucci gown is so beautiful, I absolutely love the dress. Mint green is so big for spring and you know how much we love vintage inpsirations. However I have to say I think the flat chested model does the dress more justice. What do you think?
