Studs, Studs Everywhere Studs

No we’re not talking “hunky men” studs because we’d love to have those everywhere. We mean little spiky metal studs on all our shoes these days. Last year it was a few studs on your toes or maybe a few on the heels. This year those studs have launched a full attack on our feet! Everything from flats to pumps are decked out front to back in spiky medieval armor studs. These babies would come in handy in a street fight. I can’t imagine a mugger choosing to attack a girl in spiky studded boots.

As a general trend, this embellishment is in for everything else too – Jackets, dresses, blouses and bags. Although I don’t advise anyone to wear multiple studded items together; a pair of leather skinnies, sheer blouse with a few studs on the shoulder would go sexy with these studded peep toe pumps.
